  • 1. Can I submit my rebate online?

    Yes. Use the “Submit a Rebate” button at the top of the page. All information must match the form you were given at the time of purchase.

    a.     Your IMEI number must be at least 15 digits and must correspond with your permanent wireless number and rebate you are submitting.

    b.     To receive your confirmation e-mail and text message the wireless carrier and promo code must match the form you were given at the time of purchase.

    c.     If you have additional questions regarding your submission, please use the “Contact Us” button and drop down options for additional assistance.

  • 2. How long does it take to receive my rebate?

    Your rebates are processed and issued within 14 weeks of date received by mypromochoice.com. Please note that you must have continuous service for 90 days for your rebate to be valid. 

  • 3. What if my check was lost, stolen, or damaged?

    Checks can be re-issued 30 days after the original issuance and upon verification. We will process a stop payment and re-issue a new check(s). Please validate the address we have for you is correct. If your check has been cashed a response will be sent to you with that information.

  • 4. Does my information get shared or sold to other companies?

    Information provided by clients, customers, employees or partners will not be sold, transferred or traded to any third party. We comply with all applicable laws and keep customer information confidential.

  • 5. What does my "Rebate Status" mean?

    Submitted –Your rebate has been received and is being validated. If more information is needed to validate your purchase, it will reflect on the site in 4 weeks from date submitted.

    Additional Information is Needed - We could not verify your transaction in its entirety and need you to provide additional transaction detail.

    Approved - Issued on or before MM/DD/YYYY (The date your rebate will be issued)

    Issued MM/DD/YYYY (The date your rebate was issued)
